02-06-2008 - Case filed alleging 9 counts of Securities Fraud, second degree felonies. See Criminal Filing.

02-14-2008 - Initial appearance.

03-04-2008 - Roll Call. Mr. Southwick waived Preliminary Hearing.

03-31-2008 - Arraignment. Mr. Southwick entered guilty plea to 9 counts of Securities Fraud.

06-12-2008 - Sentencing. Mr. Southwick was sentenced to a term of 1-15 years on each of 9 separate Securities Fraud counts, and the Judge ordered that the terms run consecutively. Mr. Southwick was taken into custody at sentencing.

12-16-08 - Original parole hearing. Parole was denied. Next parole hearing scheduled for sometime in June 2025.
